3. User Responsibilities

3.k. Damsak Gıda reserves the right to use aggregated customer data for its own marketing and analytical activities, in compliance with privacy regulations.

In the event of a dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7.b. Users are responsible for updating their contact information. Notices sent to the most recent registered email address will be considered valid and received within one (1) day of transmission.
7.c. By using this website, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions herein, and confirms the accuracy of the personal information provided.
