Return & Refund Policy

At Damsak Gıda, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.
However, due to the nature of our food and consumable products, certain return restrictions apply in order to maintain product safety and hygiene standards.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or partially consumed cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of a proven manufacturing defect.
This rule applies to all food, beverage, cosmetic, or consumable products for health and safety reasons.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Return Eligibility)
If the product has not been opened or used, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason, provided that the conditions below are met.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received by the customer.
3. Conditions for Return Eligibility
1. Returns must be made in the original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, along with the original invoice.
2. Any promotional or gift items received with your purchase must also be returned in full, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Items that include a protection seal, hygiene tape, or safety band must be completely intact and unbroken.
4. Return Procedure

2. Shipping the Return:
Products should be shipped via prepaid shipping (sender pays) to our designated return address.
Packages sent with “collect on delivery” (receiver pays) will not be accepted.
The shipping fee for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Packaging:
Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
If a product is damaged during shipping, the return will not be accepted, and the refund process will not proceed.
4. Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets all return conditions, the refund will be issued to your credit card within 3 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Manufacturing Defects
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
