Our approach to safer shopping

Secure connections, trusted payment services, clear order information and accessible customer support are important parts of your shopping experience.

1. Secure Website Connections

Our website uses HTTPS connections to help protect information transmitted between your browser and the website. HTTPS uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt data in transit.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are handled using the payment options presented at checkout. Depending on your chosen payment method, transaction information is processed by the relevant authorized payment service provider or financial institution.

Please review the payment page for the available methods, currency and final order amount before confirming your purchase. We do not ask customers to send card numbers or security codes by email or ordinary messaging.

3. Protecting Personal Information

We use personal information for purposes such as processing orders, arranging deliveries, providing support and meeting applicable legal obligations. Necessary information may be shared with relevant payment, delivery and technical service providers, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

For more information about the categories of data we process, your rights and how to contact us, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Clear Checkout Information

Before completing your purchase, review the product details, delivery address, shipping charges and total amount shown at checkout. For international orders, shipping arrangements and any applicable customs-related terms are explained through the relevant checkout information and shipping policy.

For delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds, please consult the policies linked on our website.
