This website is operated by Damsak Gıda İçecek Tur. Tem. İnş. Teks. Ürün. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Damsak”, “we”, “our”), a business based in İzmir, Türkiye. We supply and sell food products, including natural mastic and mastic-related specialties, through www.damsak.com.tr. We are a supplier and retailer; products may be manufactured or packaged by third parties as indicated on their labels.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern access to our website and purchases made through it. They are intended for international customers. Additional mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable and are not limited by these Terms. The information shown for each product, at checkout, and in the relevant policies forms part of the purchasing information provided to you.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to describe our products accurately, including quantity, ingredients and other material characteristics where relevant. Packaging and presentation may change without changing essential product characteristics. Product availability is subject to stock and shipping eligibility. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

4. Prices, Currencies and Charges

Prices may be displayed in different currencies according to the selected country or storefront. The currency and final amount payable will be shown during checkout before you confirm payment. Currency conversions, where applicable, may change with exchange rates. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or import-related amounts will be communicated during checkout or in the applicable shipping information. We will not charge undisclosed mandatory fees after checkout. Any charges imposed independently by local authorities or financial institutions are subject to the information provided at purchase and applicable law.

5. Placing an Order

After submitting an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of the order request, not necessarily its acceptance. We may need to verify payment, stock availability, shipping restrictions or other lawful requirements. If an order cannot be accepted, we will inform you and refund any payment collected for unfulfilled items as required by law.

6. Payments and Security

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country. Payments are handled through the payment services integrated with our store. 7. International Shipping and Delivery

We use different authorized logistics providers depending on destination and service availability. Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after handover to the carrier is generally 4–15 business days, making the indicative combined period 5–18 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates; actual delivery depends on destination, customs procedures, local conditions and the checkout information. 8. Customs and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to destination-country customs rules, import restrictions, inspections and documentation requirements. Where import taxes or duties are included in the price or covered by us, this will be indicated in the relevant purchasing terms. Otherwise, any legally payable amounts and the party responsible must be clearly communicated before purchase in accordance with applicable law. Customers should check whether products may lawfully be imported into their destination.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We offer a voluntary 14-day return window for eligible, unopened products, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This voluntary policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Food safety, hygiene, perishability and protective-seal exceptions may apply where legally permitted. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer's statutory remedies remain available. Please contact us before returning an international shipment to receive return instructions.

10. Product Use and Food Information

Follow the storage, allergen, best-before and usage information provided on the product packaging. Product descriptions and editorial content are provided for general information and are not medical advice. If you have a food allergy or a dietary concern, review the product label carefully and contact us before ordering if further information is needed.

Website content, photographs, designs, logos and text are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of protected content is not permitted.
