This page explains how we handle the preparation, shipment, delivery, and inspection of your orders placed through our international online store.


1. Order Preparation & Dispatch Time

All orders placed through www.damsak.com.tr are carefully prepared by our logistics team and handed over to the selected shipping carrier within a maximum of 7 business days after confirmation.


Please note: official public holidays, weekends, and religious holidays are not included in this period.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Address


Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout via the shipping company chosen by the Buyer at the “Order Confirmation” stage.


It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery address details are correct and up to date.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and the local operations of the courier company.


If the shipment is addressed to another person or organization, Damsak Gıda will not be responsible for any delivery refusal, absence of the recipient, or incorrect address details resulting in extra costs.


To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping details are complete and that someone is available at the delivery address during expected delivery hours.


3. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Parcels


Our products are shipped insured via our contracted logistics partners (e.g., Yurtiçi Kargo, DHL, UPS, or Aramex).

In the unlikely event that a parcel is damaged during transport, compensation can only be claimed if the damage is verified in the presence of the courier and an official damage report (“damage claim form”) is issued.


If your order includes liquid or fragile products such as Mastic Paste, Jam, Marmalade, Soda, or Sparkling Beverages, please inspect the package with the courier present before signing for delivery.


If any item is damaged, do not accept the package and request the courier to prepare a damage report.

Immediately inform us the same day via +90 (232) 433 23 50 or email [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue.


You have the legal right to inspect the parcel before accepting it.

If the courier refuses your request to inspect, do not sign or accept the package and contact us immediately at +90 (232) 433 23 50 for assistance.


Once you accept the delivery, it is legally considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its obligations, and no compensation can be claimed for transport-related damages afterward.


4. International Deliveries


For international shipments, delivery times and fees may vary based on customs procedures and local courier operations in your country.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified.
